I recently stayed at the Yuai Fu Hao Hotel, and while I found the location super convenient, the room had its downsides. It wasn't very well-lit, and the sound insulation wasn't great, making it a bit noisy. However, the breakfast was extensive and really reflected the local cuisine, which I enjoyed.
Rooms

The room had low ceilings and inadequate lighting, which made it feel cramped. Also, it lacked a proper window.

Breakfast was pretty great, with a wide variety of dishes that really capture the local flavor. I loved the big salads!

Housekeeping did a good job, but a better room layout would help. The bathroom was large, but having the shower and toilet separated would be ideal.

However, my room felt a bit cramped with low ceilings and poor lighting. That said, the breakfast spread was good, showcasing typical Taiwanese dishes.

Overall, my stay at Yuai Fu Hao Hotel was a mixed bag. The location is super convenient, being right next to a bus stop and close to the city center, which is a huge plus. My room, however, had a few downsides—it wasn't very well lit, and I could hear my neighbors pretty easily. Still, the breakfast spread was great and totally reflected local flavors, which I really enjoyed.

My stay at Yuai Fu Hao Hotel in Taichung was quite an experience. The location is ideal—very near the city center and close to everything. However, I faced issues with the room's lighting and soundproofing, which detracted from my overall comfort. On a positive note, the staff was very accommodating, especially when I needed a late check-out due to a family matter. 😌

While the location was fantastic and the breakfast offered an extensive variety typical of Taiwanese cuisine, my room left much to be desired. It had low ceilings, poor lighting, and wasn't soundproof, which made for a less comfortable stay overall.
